Helicopter

When going through the sewers you come across helicopters. The first one i managed to shoot down from the gun tower, however the second one is a pain in the rear.

How do you get past it because its not possible to keep running through the water and stay alive.

help please

It is the same one, it just flies away when you damage it from the gun tower.

You can not kill it untill.... your boat gets a certain upgrade

You will get to a point where you can get a gun on the airboat to shoot down the helo.

I left the boat back at the riverside where the oil tanker had exploded, couldn't get through. Was this not right thing to do ?

You should have the boat for quite a while, there is alot of ground to cover. Get in the boat and HAUL A S S!

Yes. I dont remember where that is but there is a way through. You should keep going until you get to a resistance check point where you will get a gun like the helicopter has mounted on your airboat by a Vortigaunt.
