help, can't pass the door

after Alyx's zombine joke, a zombie bomb the door, but virtually it is still blocking me. plz help.

A bug in the game. Try reloading a quick save and if that doesn't work try reloading the chapter?

ok, Thanks, quick load didnt fix, I restart that chapter, it's ok
