Let it update. Next to the name, it should say "Updating".
If it says "Ready", try this:
Exit Steam.
Delete the clientregistry.blob file in the main Steam folder.
Delete the platform.gcf file in the Steamapps folder.
Restart Steam.
Don't forgot to make a backup of both files first!
