Help Game keeps crashing on Coast Chapter

Everytime I get to the end of the first coast level with the buggy, I get to the loading screen and the game crashes everytime. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Specs:

Windows XP with Service Pack 2
ATI Radeon X300 128MB Ram Graphics Card
Sound Blaster Live 24bit
3Ghz Pentium 4
1GB DDR Ram

My sound card and Graphics card both have the latest drivers.

Try loading the proceeding level by using the console. If Half-Life 2 still crashes then one or more of your cache files may be corrupt.
