ok i need help(again)

how do i turn on the cheat noclip?

and how do i
A:bind the cheat impulse 101 to a key
or
B:turn it on?

then sv_cheats 1
then noclip
(ignore the thens)

yea ive tried just noclip ive tried noclip on
ive done the exact same with impulse 101
just implusle 101 and then impluse 101 on
BUT IT WONT WORK
