I saw this in a page about HL2

Father Gregory
At we know about this guy is what was said during the E3 video that said, "this part of town has been booby-trapped by a friend of yours named Father Gregory, he’s kind of a survivalist monk. He’s left traps all over the place for you to make use of."

in my opinion the video is traptown

if this is true
my theory about father gregory is sent by god(or something no human)is right
that apear in one of my thread called "magic and mistykal things in HL?"

Anything's possible, and there certainly is a lot more religious imagery in games like painkiller and doom 3. That said, I always though of HL as straight-forward sci-fi, but it's open to interpretation.
