Help with Heroes of might and magic 5 (Multiplayer)

Whenever i try to play Homm5 multiplayer it asks me for an Online key. I try to type in my normal CD key but it says its wrong. Where do i get this "online key" ? I dont understand...

Hm,i think i fixed it. The CD-Key was messed up with all the "-" signs and stuff. However, i got a new problem. My saved games got deleted when i formated the computer. So i downloaded savedgames but they doesnt work. Is there anyway i can get my savegames from someone ells? Because i refuse to replay over 50 hours.
