well im in a vent in chapter 4 then i toss a greande to blow all the explosives, then i get out and theres an elevator, it eventually goes into water, so where do i go now?

allow the barnacles to grap hold of you and wait for them to tug you near the top, you should be able to fall on a nearby platform, from there climb to the top of the shaft and jump to a nearby vent.

ok now im in the hospital and in water with alot of barnicles near an electrical switch what do i do?

Shut off the electricity, place the blue barrel under the broken bridge, turn electricity back on, and navigate back across the room.

ok thanks well im now in the trainstation with the srider where do i get rockets now? ive climbed up boxes to a walkway with bobms on it and combine on the roof, where now?

Keep going around the platform, jump down by some boxes. Then you need to get out from behind your cover and jump down by the fence.
