i have bought half-life 2 from stores and i enterd the key i played it and beat it and everything. i formated my pc and installed hl2 again and it wont let me play it keeps freezing everythime it says loading at the bottom right corner.

can anyone help

i have tried that i installed it didnt work and uninstalled and installed again same thing.

Have you re-intalled the same drivers for your hardware that you had before?

just covering all the corners, but you are using the same account as you used the first time through? and good point above, reinstall the drivers or roll back to old drivers.

well i installed the same driver i used before and i am using the same accound and everything.

I've noticed much longer load times after reintalling HL2, are you sure it's not just taking a long time? Used to load in 2 mins max, now it's pushing 6 mins per load.

well i waited 5 mins and nothing and when i hit alt crtl del it says not responding.
