I think I read somewhere that some aliens are going to be your allies in hl2?

Is that true, and how?

the alien slaves are your trua allies now, and you can use the dumb ant lions to kill any alien commando's by trowing some smell bom into thier direction . this smell attracts the antlions and therefore they will see the alien soldiers and attack them (because they are eachothers primal enemy's)

the alien hate you as much as they hate the combine
but you can use scent bombs and pheromons to fool the more stupid aliens into helping you
