HL2 Movies (with Gmod)

I made a movie by taking pictures frame by frame. I imported them into windows movie maker and it worked except it stays on the same picture for like 5 seconds each. i changed the settings to make it shorter but it still didnt work. Is there a way to make movies that actually go about at least more than a frame per second? (preferabally at least 30 or around there)???
