seeing tf2 is realesed i got the orange box all installed fine.
went to play it and said had to update my video driver
which is AMD Radeon 9600 which i did.
I go to play the game says launching hl2 then looks like it going to open up the background picture trys like twice then just minimizes and goes to the desktop and nothing happens no screen.
it only seems to do this with the new games. tfc, CS, dod work fine and i can still play.
ive been on the steam site and done the systyem check with steam everything passed.
removed video drivers and reinstalled, have also tried all the things in the steamforum sticky thread about the game not launching or crashing
