Hl2 via steam

im conserned about the hl2 being "STEAM ONLY" because thousonds of ppl cant even get thare acounts activated on steam (my self included) but who agrees valve should fix steam before they release hl2?

I wonder what the dl speed is going to be like when it is released. I want it asap, hopefully steam can provide that.

I don't see any reason for fixage here I don't think steam is bad.

I've yet to have any problems with Steam. I think the documentation could be better... that's about it.

agreed, but i thought u didn't need steam to play hl2. I think valve would want to appeal to people that dont have the internet and you don't need steam to play CZ
