perhaps this is just a wild speculation but considering the ending of HL2 the is a very good chance that there will be a third game, if this game is beeing produced in this very second the game should be finished some time soon, cause the havoc2 physics eninge is "still" up-to-date so the only thing that Valve should concentrate on is in other words new sprites and maps and ofcourse restore the "old" bump mapping.
Because I presume that allot of the nice bump mapping was erased by purpose, or maybe it was a mistake?
For example, I saw a movie on the level when your objective was to run on rooftops for about a year ago and the rooftops look allot better than on the release.
Maybe someone know this for sure ? what happend to the bump mapping
