Well I don't want to sound ignorant, I know that there are a lot of things possible even though I can't believe it (10km radius neutronstars with 3*10^30 kg spinning with 1000 Herz, wtf!), so I won't say that it's impossible. But imho this can't be true, for nuclear fusion you need temperatures above 10 million degrees celsius, how on earth do you want to hold that temperature in this crappy machine with a camera in it showing the "light bowl"? Thats just the first of like 1000 reasons that speak against the article. A google research shows that this guy did (seeming) get a price for a work that deals with fusion reactors, but the facts that are presented in your article can't be true.
And the value "4 neutrons per minute", thats just ridiculous. Theres no way to detect 4 neutrons per minute. Just 2 short reasons, there are more.
