Unfortunately nothing can actually reproduce what it's actually like to fight some one or to take a bullet. I dunno about you, but I dont want to feel a truly realistic impact of a bullet. Sure, something that feels like its got a kick to it, but not so much that it feels real.

maybe that wasn't worded correctly. what i meant was it could be such an impact that it could just kill you or make you go into shock.

There is a point where, if a game becomes so realistic (virtual reality and simulated pain) if your mind believes so strongly that what you are experiencing is real, then it will react to it as if it were real.

No, this is not just in the matrix.

If your mind strongly believes that you just got shot in the foot, it will flood your foot with blood to attempt to heal the injury, even if there is no actual injury.

It's the same thing with dreams. extremely vivid dreams have been known to kill people, or send them into shock as stated before.


And I don't think this vest would be... nessessary to simulate the gaming experience. I think it's a little much.
