How do I get a tour at Valve?

I had emailed their front desk roughly 24 days ago and have gotten no response. This 25th to 29th I will be in Seattle and was hoping in one of those days to get a tour. So, is it possible I can just go in and schedule a tour for one of the days i'm up? I know I can't just get up there and just ask for one right there on the spot.

I'm not entirely sure about how you can get a tour booked, but I know people have previously contacted the front desk to try and organise something. Since you emailed that a month ago, I'd send another one as soon as possible in the hopes they see it.

Welp nevermind. I sent a second email earlier. Got a response and got a time booked for a tour!
