How do I take out the blood and bulletholes in Counter-Strike Source. Thanks.

Under graphics settings, set decal limit to 0

if mere decals and bullet holes are lagging his system, then it would have to be the most pathetic gaming system ive ever heard of.

that would be as stupid and pointless as having a bicycle that is too small for you and stuck in low gear, and asking how to remove the flowers off the basket on the handlebars to try and improve performance.
