How do I unlock the Anomalous Materials level?

In the Acrobat preview of the guide, i saw the 14 chapters, and at the end, i Saw a label that said Anomalous Materials.... how do I play it?

Its not a chapter, my guess is that its a chapter in the BOOK, list of cheats, easter eggs, whatever
