How do you change (Xbox Live stuff)

In order to download the Frontlines demo on XBLMP I need to be 18 apparently (its unrated)
Problem- I have already set my birthdate to show my actual age of 16.
Things I have Tried- Unblocked everything, I can watch or download anything I want except unrated stuff for some reason.
Solution- What should/can I do (By the time I am 18, Frontlines would have come out, I would have beaten it and gotten bored of it.) Is there a way to change my birth date?

Go back in time and impregnate your mother two years earlier.

The only way to change this is to recreate your account entirely.

There's an "account graduation" feature, it's been on the Xbox 360 OS since the Fall update. I have no idea how to make use of it though.

You're 16 and there's no way around that. Once you turn 18 you can graduate your account to get rid of the restrictions they put on minors (ie, once you turn 18 you don't have to deal with the ESRB restrictions, but in place of that you get all of the ads, which I actually find helpful sometimes).

Just create another silver level account which says you're 18 and you should be able to use that account to get the demo.
