How do you host hl2dm server?

I did a search and could'nt find what i needed so how do you start a non-dedicated server for hl2dm?

I want to play the game i'm creating to... non-dedicated.... whenever i go to "create game" all it ever does is make a local lan game.... i got the mod where it lets you add more options like naming your server but its still for lan only... how do i get it for internet?

edit a file called game.cfg in this folder:
C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\(steam account name)\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\cfg

add this line:
sv_lan 0

missing game.cfg file

edit a file called game.cfg in this folder:
C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\(steam account name)\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\cfg

add this line:
sv_lan 0

I looked in that directory and that file is missing.
Can you post the whole thing?
