how i can repair?

click on it, and in the left view, drag it down one to make it level?
 
its hard to tell from the pic, but maybe some vertext manipulation would work? is it a displacement? or just regular brushes?

mapping for cs 1.6 and for source it is so diferent?

The pic looks like one brush is higher than the other?

just move the brush down, or post a clearer pic

Given that the only similar things are brush/entity creation and texture alignment, I'd say yeah... The entities are different, the editors themselves are different, the compilers are different, Source is much more model- and displacement-centered...
