how long?

Just wondering how long Ep2 is, dont tell me how many levels etc, just tell me the time it took for you to finish it. No spoilers please.

The reason is that i have waited so long for this and i dont want to finish it within a few days, so i try to limit myself to 30-45 mins per day. When i play to much i play some portal or TF2 etc.

So, how long did it take you to finish it?

6-7 hours I'd say, but I was playing a bit slow.

It entirely depends on the difficulty you play it on and how long you spend checking out the little niches. It took me 5 hours on medium with a little extra exploration and looking at stuff for too long and drooling. Takes about 2 hours or so longer on hard because you die more and have to play tactically rather than zerg.

I've completed it twice now on Hard and I've clocked up nearly 15 hours of Ep2 playtime according to my Steam profile. I'm a very thorough player and I like to replay sections that I enjoy, so that accounts for some of the time.

Very nearly 7, on Hard. Playing at my usual pace, which means not rushing through it and occasionally taking a moment to just look at the surroundings.

A bit over 6 hours for me on medium

I split it into 4 sessions over 3 days of about 1.5 - 2 hours each on medium. However I'll probably redo it all when Valve upgrade HL2 to HDR and EP1 + textures like they did with the x-box version and try and complete all the achievements as well

9 hours. Not sure why, seemed less. Of course, I did get stuck 3 times. For 15-25 minutes.
