Let's speak about the price you pay for fastest growing net ever.

I live in Ukraine and the situation is the following:
I have an unlimited plan with 1024 kbit/s for 150 UAH (~$30). I also pay for "real IP". That means I have my own IP address and shouldn't suffer of bans nearly on all servers. That costs 15 UAH ($3) more.

At the same time I'm an active mobile internet user. Our mobile operator "life" gives us low (as we think:) prices for GPRS/EDGE internet. Here they are:
100Mb - 20 UAH ($4)
350Mb - 35 UAH ($7)
1000Mb - 60 UAH ($12)

And how much do you pay for your internet?

40 something for fios, not a terrible deal

I pay about $50 per month for "8MB/s" DSL internet, which means my download speed tops out at 160KB/s and my upload tops out at 50KB/s.

It's shit, to be honest.

I pay ?20 for 'up to' 2mb broadband with no set download caps but a fair usage policy

Damn Stig that's terrible download speed for 8mb/s.

I pay ?30 for 2.2mb/s broadband, giving 225kb/s download and 30kb/s upload.
It's with Bulldog, so it's ****ing expensive. I'm switching soon to something better. Only good thing about bulldog is they have no usage caps and I have never heard anything from their fair usage policy. Also I get good speed 'cuz I'm really close to my exchange :D.

$55 a month for 5MB cable.

650kbps DL
256 UL

I get about 4mb/s download with AT&T small Buisness that cost about $45

With Virgin we have a deal for cable tv, phone and cable 20mb broadband for like 35GBP.
My flatmate was downloading at 2.2mb/s from a private tracker the day we got it :P

?20 a month for an ADSL 8MB service which barely anybody knows about which gives me a nice less than 10 ping.

?5 a month. I'am with Sky and i get 8mb/s although i usually get 5mb/s.It also has a 40gb download limit but i go over it anyway.
When is the pound sign going to get fix?

I pay $2.4 or 1.2 pounds per month (or $30 or 15.50 pounds per year) for my 100/100 Mbit connection, and that's when they doubled the price for it for this semester. They are soon hooking us up to the new university backbone which is said to be one of the fastest in the world (using Dwdm which could easily bump the speeds up to 320 gigabite/s if needed, reaching terabit speeds in the near future if institutes can afford the hardware).

It's all unlimited, with local DC hubs and such. Been hitting speeds of around 11MB/s from a famous torrent site (only legal stuff of course!)

When I'm not in my apartment, I'm in town where there's free wireless.

Only downside so far is the fact that I share my IP with the Uni im conntected to, but that will change with the upgrade in a few weeks, yay. So you could say I'm happy with my nets.

Edit: My friends are using Turbo 3G to surf the net sometimes, and they pay $30 or 15 pounds a month for "up to" 7.2Mbit flatrate, unlimited. Mind you, you can't get 7.2Mbit everywhere yet (3.6Mbit outside the big cities or in worst case, 0.4Mbit), but the fact that it's flatrate is sweet.

?5 a month (I'm with Orange so it's some deal I get with my mobile contract) for an alleged 8mb/s, but I'm lucky to get 1mb/s >_<
Orange Home Max was one of the ones I was thinking about switching to. What's their service like?

Also I'm moving to Sweden. Now.

30 EUR for a 4MB, with 100 GB download limit a month.

This is the best deal we have here.

TV + telephone + internet $9 a month

download speed varies from 100 to 300 kb/s. Unlimited download

hehe my mom just came into my room and asked me was our broadband suppost to be costing so much? 55euro for the last two months she said. Broadband in our country is a ****ing joke. 2mb btw, pfft.

Mine is the ATT FastAccess Extreme DSL for $37.95, at 3Mbps/384Kbps, my download speed is around 340 KB/s. Unlimited.

**** all for 10Mb. Virgin Media keep billing me ?0.00 and I'm not about to correct this.

I'm with BigPond. I pay $30 a month (supposed to be $70 but we got a special deal for first year) and we get a max download transfer speed of 160kb/s. download limit is 12gig a month
