Hows are the videos running on your comp: Excluding X360

I know I posted this a bit too late, but I'm wondering if I'm alone on this. The problem is that every video on the game probably(likely) runs at 1-2 FPS.

I thought it might of been because I didn't have RAD game tools installed, so I went ahead and installed them, but it didn't help. I was wondering if anybody else had the problem or if someone found the cause of the problem

the video on my computer would break up into 64x64 sized squares and some of them would move at the wrong speed in respect to the speed of the video. I'd never seen anything like it. However the game doesn't play on my computer past the intro movie, so .. ??

So I installed the game on my brothers game computer and the same thing happens!

Anyone else have a strange video problem where parts of the screen are separated in squares?

(im referring to the movies in Oblivion)
