Whenever i play HL2 or HL2M my hud is always all over the place, the health and armour are ok but weapon selection and Ammo are wrong.
The ammo is half way up the screen and the weapon selection is off the screen except the crowbar which you can just see.
I play the Game at 1280x1024 resolution.

the res should not really have an effect on position of your hud, have u tried it at other resolutions to see if u still have the problem? that way u can rule that variable out.

Have you tried restarting the game without changint the resolution?

Whenever I change Res it always messes the HUD up.
