i am stuck after passing the the purple house kiond of thing...i dont know what to do...blue barrels...a guy putting down supplies....please help....

Put the barrels in the cage under the ramp (under water)

And that should make the ramp lift, so the boat can get over it... if that is the bit you're talking about.
