I can't test run maps

You can't run HL2 straight from Hammer, if you read the 'known issues' section on VERC you would know that. Just copy the compiled map over to the maps folder in the HL2 game folder (actual HL2, not the HL2 folder in the SDK directory) and run the map from within HL2

...you did it in your picture. Just click the run map button but check 'don't run map when finished'. Then just manually move the map from the SDK maps folder to the HL2 maps folder
