I have the korean bikini chick model, woundering how to replace head with alyx's orig

I have a question, I am a newb at anything modding just for the reccord.

I have the korean bikini model chick model, I was woundering how to replace her head back with the original head for alyx, or with other heads from source.

Is this possible? and if so, how can I go about doing it?

But whoever moved the thread, put it in the wrongs section. Shouldn't it go in the modelling section?

And someone deleted my long and well thought out professional quality answer to this poor guys question

OK, in short, yes, it is possible, but no, it will NEVER be done, because it is both pointless and extremely tedious to do. I don't know why Axyon kept this thread open, I answered the question and it was (and is going to again) turn into a spam fest with people asking where to get the bikini model, or alyx nude model, or God knows what.
