PrtScn button (on your keyboard) and then open up paint and paste it in their and save it as jpeg and upload it as an attachment here.

You may have to turn off hardware acceleration to get a screenshot of the video and not one of the hardware color key block. Go into your video card options, choose advanced, then the troubleshooting tab and drag the hardware accel slider down all the way. Take your screenshot and slide the settings back up.
