I Want Gordon and Alyx Models

Im realy in to DM but i want to see Gordon and Alyx as players that are on the reable side, they have 16 models on there side and Combine have 4. So i want to replace the reables with beter models like Gordon and Alyx dose any one know how to do this (play as Alyx at least) or where to get them? oh and i what normal Alyx NOT any of this undead or nude stuff.


I have already replaced Female 1,2,3 and 4 so i don't want them replaced. i want to replace Female 5,6,7,8 or even beter the some of the males.

there is no model in the game for gordon alex just look up hl2 charicter models and dl the highres version may work

man i want a gordon model so bad im suprised theres like only two gordon models out there that are worth mentioning the one that talon made and the sven-co-op one but we cant play with that one cuz there still developing sven co-op 2

you think valve would have put beta models on the reable side, the Combine are cool thogh but what about a Alyx deathmatch model?

Maybe their basing it so its a tad more realistic with hl2 ?

I mean, ya wouldn't run around fighting against the combine and seeing 10 differen't Gordons and Alyx's running next to ya. Which brings me to my next point, why do you feel the need to play as gordon or alyx ? It's not like you can see your player model, and surely you should be focusing more on killing then wether or not your ass looks good in this or that ?

There's a plugin somewhere that does it, but due to a crashing bug that the creator can't fix (it's a bug in hl2dm core client, so he would have to release it as a actual downloadable mod) it's just kinda sitting there.

There is always the distinct possibility (probability) that the models will be added with the release of Episode 1, April 24.

Who knows, they've been hinting around at some additions to come with Episode 1, and this has been one of the major complaints about HL2DM. That AND every time some one figures out how to import the models Valve changes something to prevent it from working, much like they do when they have something similar in the works and they don't want the community to prematurely "ruin" it.

It seems more likely to me then unlikely.

Btw, if you haven't already heard, Episode one has been rescheduled for May 31.
