i'm lost... Anticitizen

ok, i'm at this barricade, but all that is happening is combines keep reinforcing it, i can't get through, so i went though this hole in a building next to it and the only place i can think of going is where there is a locked door.... does anyone know where i should go or what i need to do?
It would be a great help.

You have to go into the building in the left, two Combines are in there. It's a short trip up some stairs & around some bends, & when you are outside again you're on the other side of the barricade. If you stay there, Combines just keep spawning, as it is a never-ending spawn area.
