I'm out of the whole "HL2 modding" loop.

But I'm quitting World of Warcraft soon, so I probably will be getting back into it.

Anyway, what are some good mods that have come out recently? Are Sven-Coop, PD Source, or Fortress Forever out yet?

Ha, none of those mods are out yet. Sven-Coop seems to have hit some problems recently (I think there coder was in a car accident or something). I have no clue about PD source, but as far as I know the Fortress Forever team is still working hard. The only mods I've really been playing are Hidden Source and Minerva:Metastasis.

With the development philosophy most mods got in the hl2 modding scene, it will take atleast two lifetimes before we see most of the mods.

I like that flying albino headcrab idea. I did it once with a paint tin and a gravity gun...
