Internal Driver Error?

I've had this game for about four days and I've been playing it every night for a few hours since then with no problems. Last night, as I was in the "Route Kanal" portion of the game, the game froze for about two seconds, then completely turned off. Back at my desktop screen, I received this error message:

I went to bed and what not, so tonight I turned on the game and started playing and this time I got about 5 seconds further than I had gotten last night, but again, the same error message showed up.

I find it odd as I've been playing it for a few days now without a problem and my laptop is only a year old, but then again, in computer years, that's ancient!

Yeah I also get this some times, but if you read my thread you can see i havent really been able to play any of the game at all.
