Is there a way to disable certain "alerts"

Its cool that I get a notification about when someone quotes my post so I know if somebody responded, but its annoying when I get alerts about someone "liking" or "disliking" my post. I've already gotten over a dozen of them, and I dont care about them because they're completely useless, just like any other like/dislike system. I dont care if people want the system, and they can like/dislike my posts all they want, but do I really have to be alerted every single time?

Open up your User Profile and go to Alert Preferences. You can disable alerts for being tagged by name, being quoted, or having your post rated.
