Is there a way to take SMOD's bullet time and make it work in Substance?

I got around to DLing the newest version of Substance (I haven't tried it since it first came out) and was disapointed by the bullet time in it. Being spoiled by the uber coolness that is SMOD's bullet time and the ability to actually dodge incoming bullets, I got to wondering if you could actually take it's bullet time files and make them work in Substance. Anyone know if it is feasible to do so w/o a lot of major work?
 
you need to attach all the the textures to the bullets.
that requaers(sp?) recoding and recompiling(sp?) a few things' also' the new overly effect needs some material tweaking.
or simply: No.
