Issue with RPG on Overwatch after update?

I found something weird while playing on the map "Overwatch". I am at the top where the RPG is. I ran over it and pick up the RPG automatically and then go blasting people and then go to the balcony and acquire more ammo for the RPG. Then when I go back down to where the RPG itself regenerates I can't pick it up! Is there something wrong here? Did the update do this? Is it just me? Because before, whenever I ran over the RPG, I would get 3 ammo. I only get one ammo whenever I go to the balcony and get the RPG ammo. WTF? :hmph:

I bet this is because then everyone has a fair chance to get the rpg, etc. Its actually good IMO, since then everyone has a chance to get it.

I haven't got the update yet, but I'm pretty sure it did that before too. For me, at least.

Actually, I think it was just a serverside command, try doing another server.

It is a serverside command. Its especially useful on servers with miniscule weapon respawn times, so that people don't get full ammo in seconds by just standing in the same place.
