ive lost the cpp!

its been a while since ive done any coding as ive been concerntrating on some character models. i now cant seem to lacte the file which specifies which 3rd person animations should play at which times. i.e the smg shooting animation when you fire the smg etc. obviously this is for multiplayer. i thought it was in player.cpp in the dlls folder but all i could find on there are the act_walk and so on.
 
If you want to know where they animations are started, just search the entire solution for (case sensitive) PLAYERANIMEVENT_ and you should find most of em if not all.

If you want to know where the exact sequence is determined, check out sdk_playeranimstate.cpp.

The difference between the different guns etc. is not determined in code, but through weapon script files and in .qc files.
 
ok thanks. i hadnt realised you could search the entire solution. i bet itll take ages :D

actually, it's not that slow.. I need to do it all the time to find references of a particular variable/function...
