What in-jokes do you think valve could/have put in HL2 that will make those who played the original + expansions laugh?

Here's one to start us off:

Barney actually giving me some beer, or being about to when disaster strikes.

The G-Man actually saying the line that seemed to have been cut from the original game. The final line if you declined his offer was supposed to be:

"Well, it looks like we won't be working together. No regrets Mr. Freeman, but there are a few survivors of your personal holocaust who would like the chance to meet the man responsible for the total inihilation of their race."
