CE = Collector's Edition, and might only be in boxed form, not on Steam. The only other package planned is normal HL2, available both over Steam and in boxed form.

whats HL1 port?

Half-Life: Source is a direct port conversion of Half-Life into the Half-Life engine. No one's really sure as to how much it will cost or if it will be free etc. There's a forum dedicated to this.

does anyone know the official price of hl2?

Same as any other PC game, I'd expect. But at the moment there isn't an official price.

will CS:S come with hl2 when i purchase it through steam?

CS:S comes with all versions of HL2 I beleive, so most likely.

Before asking questions in the future, search for the answers on the forums in case it's already been asked.
