Valve could get their asses sued by Havok if the've lost all that too...lol

They license the Havok Physics engine for a lot of there stuff.

No they can't - it was STOLEN, not LEAKED.

Well, I guess you could say Valve's intranet security was too weak. But no system is 100% secure, so there really is no arguement for Havoc.

Indeed no system is 100% safe, but Valve was responsible for the safety of the Havoc code, whether they protected it well or not... So I think Valve can expect a Havoc lawsuit
