Level balancing mod?

well, I see plenty in many places, but i dont know which to pick, anyone have a suggestion which kind of level balancing mod i should get?

For leveled equipment I suggest; Jarol's NPC leveled equipment.

For static NPC levels, I suggest finding one that suits your play style.
