I haven't played this game for a while so I lost my saved game what level is it that a lazer shoots from the sky I think where the Big spiders are? and how do you get that map cheat to work?

type:

maps*

or

maps * (with space, dont know which one)

and it will bring the whole map list, then type:

map ****

where **** is the map name from the map list.


Do that in the console, if you dont have the console do this:

right click at hl2 in the "my games" list and go "properties" and type

-console

in the area provided, start the game, and you will have it there.

if you would like to unlock the chapters that you were at type in console
type something like unlock_chapter 1-13 depending which one you need. It will unlock up to that number.
