Little dots

I am getting random pixels turning white in dark areas. I have HDR on. Anyone else getting this problem?

I get the same thing happening on screenshots and movies. Always have done on Source games.

you need to use atitool or rivatuner and lower your memory and maybe core speed a little. probably 5-20 mhz.

If I have AGP 8X turned on I get colored dots over my textures, but If I turn it down to 4X, everything is fine.
