Load maps?

So a couple years ago I was making loads of maps in hammer, and now I've started playing Source again and I play some of my old maps and I see how I can improve them now, but the problem is I don't have the old files anymore. I have the maps though. So then my question is, is there a way to open maps and edit them in Hammer? Would really like the option to do that. Please help me.

Even if that was true, map decompiling isn't supported here.

Decompiling your own maps has never been frowned open. Although I'm not going to post links to where to get a decompiler.
