LOD texture mod not working

I just got my spanking new computer with a Radeon x1800xl graphics card. Unfortunately, the mod thats supposed to fix the ugly distance textures isnt working! Does anyone know how I can get this to work?

Im using Shaja's LOD textures, and I put them in the correct folder. I also upgraded Oblivion using the latest patch.

Yeah by itself the mod is okay, you also want custom normal maps.
