Looking forward to real Team Deathmatch.

Hopefully we will see some real Team DM maps soon with working spawn points so that its actually team vs. team and not just cluster**** running around killing anyone that moves.

Despite my constant complaining though, it is great fun and Valve deserves a ton of thanks for making official MP that was never promised. I think this was an awesome way for Valve to regain the trust of the community after the Validation/Stuttering/Crashing problems.

Combine versus Rebels would be fun in a mod.

Yeah, DM is fun, but on the server I played at, it seemed everyone used their SMG like crazy, only using the Overwatch rifle and shotgun when found. DMs are fun, but I really want to see some classic TDM with the Combine vs. Citizens.

just played one..i forget the server but it was combine vs. citizen.....so much more fun than shoot and kill anything.....its like counter terrorist vs. terrorist....although no objectives....however using the fan to kill ppl is pretty fun

i dont think it would help with the way the maps we have are. Both maps have a kind of area with the powerful stuff. If one team spawned closer to it they would have it easier. Look at overwatch map, even with DM the guy holding the top is usually doing alot of the killings and you gotta pick him off with the 357.

So i think the way the spawns are now are probably for the best, it kind of means youve gotta regroup with your team as well.
