Make an dm_runoff effect

Hi.Im not new to mapping stuff but Im learning new things all the time so I saw that thing in dm_runoff.That when you push button on the console it start to move up then it closes a 2 metal plates in a hole, sound start playing and after few seconds the doors start to close, after that the nuke will drop outside and after that everybody who is outside dies only who is inside bunker will stay alive.So my question is: How valve did this thing ? Anything and I mean ANYTHING will be very helpful.Thanks (sorry for my bad english)
