"Memory could not be read" Office solution

I remember awhile back someone posting a solution to the "memory could not be read" error regarding Microsoft Office, I think. I searched the forums again and again, but no luck. If someone could please help me out here, it would be very helpful.

I think it had something to do with changing users or something. I forget.
