Okay I'm in need of some assistance from some XSI modelers. I modeled this Inuyasha in XSI and it has 2 numbers: 6186 triangles, or 3431 polygons. Now I'm what I'm wondering is...if I convert this to triangles it shoots up the polygons to the same number as the triangles? Now I'm wondering how this would work...I saw the numbers used for Half-life 2, in polygons...but I'm wondering how it was measured...is there another program that reads the polies? I'm very confused...anyways...heres some pics:
